We offer our potential clients the opportunity to work with our interior designer in all of the selections which adds value to our homes and makes the building experience less stressful to our clients. The floor plans are constantly examined to make them better and more efficient to the homebuyers. We are also willing to work with our clients to Customize the designs to fit the needs of their family. Good use of space is a key priority as well as above average quality of construction. We also use local sub-contractors who are members of the local HBA in all phases of construction and keep an open line of communication with them to anticipate any current construction trends that are available to keep our designs in the forefront of the industry. We constantly monitor the homes, designs, pricing and incentives of our competition so that we have the ability to keep fluid in our approach to value in building.
