Ben is a native to the Tri-Cities and has a strong knowledge of the dynamics of the area. He has year of real estate and property management experience, starting his career selling real estate and managing homes for Windermere Real Estate/Tri-Cities. He then moved to the Seattle area and took on a larger management portfolio of homes working for Windermere Property Management/Eastside Inc. in Bellevue, Washington. While there, Ben earned his Broker license and became the Managing Broker of a new branch office in North Seattle. He helped the new office break into a well established market area with many competitors. Through Ben's coaching of new agents, a strong marketing plan and a emphasis on professionalism and communication, that office is moving toward a strong market share. Ben is now back to his hometown of Kennewick. He enjoys the challenges of property management and looks forward to many successful years in this market.
